THE TITAN EDIT

A considered take on the ideas, insights, and opportunities shaping how we lead, live, build wealth, and make an impact. Each quarter, we cut through the noise to bring TITANs a thoughtful selection of perspectives, practical resources, and experiences worth their attention.

A note to our community

This year has asked much of Black executive women. Some of us are leading through extraordinary pressure. Others are navigating the loss of a role and deciding what comes next. Wherever this season finds you, TITAN is a place to speak honestly, ask for support, and put our collective relationships to work.

In this issue of The TITAN Edit, we open with When the Cape Gets Heavy, a reminder that asking for help and answering another woman’s call are both acts of leadership. We also spotlight Tiffany Dufu, President of the Tory Burch Foundation, whose career advancing women offers a powerful example of what access, community, and economic opportunity can make possible.

As we prepare for the next chapter, let us make our support specific: share an opportunity, make an introduction, return the call, and check on the woman whose title has changed as carefully as the woman whose title has stayed the same.

Dear TITANs & Friends,

Whether you are a current member or part of the community that helped shape this network, we are glad you are here. We are proud to share The TITAN Edit: Martha's Vineyard Special Edition.

This issue was created as a focused editorial experience for the women of TITAN Executive Network. Martha's Vineyard has long been a place where Black families and leaders come together to build relationships, exchange ideas, celebrate achievement, and restore. This edition enters that tradition with intention.

Inside, you will find:

  • Why We Return, a reflection on the history and meaning of this place

  • Your Curated Vineyard Itinerary for the week ahead

  • Before the Boardroom, five essentials every executive should have before joining a board

  • Her Health. Her Power., a candid look at menopause, heart health, and the executive

  • The Civic Power Check-In, three simple steps before Election Day

  • Island Authority and The Art of Easy Luxury, our style and hosting edit

  • The Island List, a tightly edited calendar of cultural events across the Vineyard

This special edition was designed to help you move through the week with context, confidence, and connection. It carries the spirit of everything TITAN is building, and we wanted it in your hands.

With love and purpose,
