TITAN Community Groups

Have you ever wondered what all of our different community groups are about — or spotted a group name and thought, “Wait… what is that one?”

TITAN is built on connection, shared experience and collective power. Our community groups are designed to bring members together around common interests, industries, identities, life stages, and passions — creating smaller spaces for deeper conversations, meaningful relationships, and real opportunity.

Below is a list of our 58+ (and growing!) TITAN subcommunities so you can explore what’s available and decide which spaces feel right for you. You’re welcome to join as many as you'd like. Once you’ve found your people, simply request access and one of our community admins will get you connected.

  • "I’m so hyped up! Just got a text from a youth arts nonprofit in the Midwest. They just got grant funding to bring me in as strategic advisor. I will help them credential their technical theater program so their graduating students, predominantly Black kids, can get lighting, sound, and stagehand jobs in major concert halls and arenas. When I was CEO of Newark Symphony Hall, working with IATSE to bring more local residents (80% Black and Hispanic) into the union was one of the highlights of my work.

Would also love to know if there is a way to ensure the network knows that when their companies/employers are seeking legal services, it would be great if they kept us all in mind."

    ⚖️ Legal TITANs

  • "Y’all. I cannot. This is tortured bird logic at it’s finest. 🙄 Mono-poly = Monopoly as in THE GAME. When she said that if she had someone else he would be done with her?? Well - If she likes it, I LOVE it 😒"

❤️ Titan Single Ladies & Wing Women

Our community groups are one of the most powerful parts of the TITAN experience — they turn a global network into smaller, intimate circles where real relationships are built.

Explore the groups, follow your curiosity, and join the spaces that align with your interests, goals, and season of life. Our community admins are happy to welcome you in.

Here are a few reminders of how we engage in our communities:

  • We assume positive intent and when a fellow community member isn’t showing up as their best self, we approach the situation with kindness and support. We defend, support, and protect fellow community members and the broader community of Black women to defy stereotypes and negative narratives that would claim otherwise. We know true power isn’t loud and true strength doesn’t need to attack or overpower the meek.

  • We command (not demand) respect by the nature of how we carry ourselves and how we treat others. We reject negative tropes like imposter syndrome, scarcity mindsets, and insecurity. We lean into the positive without creating toxic positivity. We’re open-minded and solutions based. And when we see other members of our community question their worth, we remind them of who they are! We’re not arrogant, we’re confident, and our belief in abundance allows us to bring others along with us.

  • We respect the privacy of our members and do not share their contacts or other personal information outside of the group without their explicit consent. We do not screenshot discussions within our safe space to share with outsiders. We do not exploit the contacts, access, or information gathered within our closed spaces at the disadvantage of others. More broadly, we aim to foster protection and psychological safety for all Black women. We believe Black women and we believe in Black women.

  • We’re operating in a network of trust with a promise to the community and to each other not to violate that. We are open and welcoming to those aligned with our intent and commitments. However, we are also not a monolith and therefore we will be flexible and value diversity of thought to the extent it keeps our community safe, strong, and effective for our members.
