A TITAN Reckoning: Owning the Moment

Overview

This is not a motivational talk. This is an honest conversation about what happens when the calendar clears and the title is gone.

Something is shifting for Black executive women in America. The layoffs, the forced pivots, the titles that vanished, the Mondays that went quiet. And underneath all of it, the questions most of us have been too busy to sit with: Who am I outside this role? What have I been building that I have never named? What am I actually waiting for?

A TITAN Reckoning: Owning the Moment a virtual series from Titan Executive Network that moves Black executive women from awareness to action. This is not a panel. This is not a feel-good webinar. This is structured, expert-led work designed to leave you with something real by the time it is over.

Four sessions. Five expert facilitators. One complete career resilience toolkit delivered at the close.

THE SESSIONS

  • Session 1 | May 19 | Who Am I Now? (Empty Mondays)

What you will walk away with across the full series:

  • Language for the grief that comes with career transition, so you can move through it instead of around it

  • Your Intrinsic Value statement, drafted and practiced live

  • Your Transferable Skills Suitcase unpacked, re-labeled, and ready to carry into your next destination

  • Three things actually done in Session 3 before you log off: a public declaration of what you want, a networking ask sent, and a bold move named in front of witnesses

  • The Make My Day Framework and the SATISFY Framework as your personal operating system for what comes next

  • The complete series toolkit delivered as your graduation gift at the close of Session 4
